Bone Tac Master Kit

This kit is used for the fixation of membranes, mesh, and dental dressings. Tacs are available in both short(3.5mm)and long(5.0mm).The heads of the tacs are 2mm in diameter.The tacs are made of pure titanium and are color coded for easy identification. The tacs are resistant to bending and can usually be applied by simply pressing them into bone using the tac handle provided.

Titanium Tenting Screw Kit

Tenting screws are used to preserve space during GBR procedures to prevent resorption of grafting material. The 3.5 mm head of the screws provide adequate surface area for tenting. The screws are only threaded at the bottom section of the screw; having a smooth shaft to prevent integration. Tenting screws are self-drilling and self-tapping and utilize a press fit friction connection which prevents dropped screws. In most instances the screws can easily be fixated by hand, but in rare instances the pilot drill must be used. The friction fit Philips-head connection grabs screws securely without dropping them, ensuring that no screws are wasted. The versatility and usefulness of the titanium Tenting Screw Kit make it an essential addition to any implant practice.
