Orders and Returns Policy

• Orders aim to be sent out within 24 hours of the order being placed.
• All orders are delivered via our chosen courier service.
• Delivery cost is calculated and displayed for your approval at the checkout.
  
• Orders completed after 11am will be next day delivery for Sydney Metropolitan areas on business days.
• Delivery for all other states is 2-3 days, except WA which can be up to 5 days.
• Orders completed via the website can be made using Visa, Mastercard or Amex without a surcharge.
• We do not accept international orders through our website. Please email info@xdentalsupplies.com.au for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges

• Faulty or Defective products: Returns accepted for faulty or damaged products even if packaging has been tampered with.
• No Returns Products: Products listed with “No returns” on their item pages can not be returned or exchanged.

Pricing Policy
The prices advertised on X DENTAL’s website are in Australian Dollars
(AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and services tax).
