ACM (AutoBone Chip Maker) is an instrument for collecting autograft bone from the mandibular molars or incisor region for use in GBR at defected sites. ACM connects to a standard dental implant motor handpiece — no special equipment required. Start at 300 rpm with saline irrigation and begin harvesting immediately. The system is designed to integrate into an existing surgical workflow without additional setup time or a separate instrument tray.

1cc autograft bone in 10–20 seconds
ACM generates consistently particle-sized bone chips within seconds of drilling. Approximately 1cc of autogenous bone can be collected in 10–20 seconds — a clinically useful volume for most defect sizes that requires no additional donor-site surgery and minimal interruption to the operative sequence.
Safe
Spring stopper limits depth, preserves fresh bone
A spring-type stopper ensures precise drilling depth control, limiting penetration to 4mm and preventing over-penetration into the cancellous bone. The system also allows saline irrigation during drilling — promoting the preservation of fresh bone viability throughout the collection process.

Locate the drill on the surface of the operation area and press slightly with saline irrigation at 300 rpm. Once accustomed to the system, bone can be collected at 80 rpm without irrigation.
