Imaging System
Integral LED lights — selectable with a single click
White and blue (405nm) LEDs are built directly into the device body and are switchable between modes with one click. The attached hood blocks ambient operatory light — allowing consistent fluorescence images regardless of chair lighting conditions, without needing a darkened room.
Display
Extended 3.5-inch LCD for immediate image review
An extended 3.5-inch HDMI LCD monitor is built into the device, allowing the operator to check image composition and quality immediately after capture — without returning to the workstation screen. Images are simultaneously auto-saved to the connected PC for records and patient consultation.
Software & Usability
LINKDENS software — capture, analyse, and chart in one workflow
Qraycam Pro works in conjunction with LINKDENS, AIOBIO's dedicated QLF™ capture and analysis software. Images are auto-saved to the connected PC on capture and can be reviewed immediately on the 3.5-inch LCD — then used directly in chairside consultations or exported to practice management software. The built-in driver installs automatically on USB connection; M12 liquid lens autofocus achieves a sharp image within 4 seconds, with no manual focus adjustment needed.

QLF™ imaging across five clinical scenarios
Fluorescence images captured with Qraycam Pro — white-light and QLF™ views displayed side by side for immediate clinical reference. Under the 405nm blue LED, carious demineralisation appears as a loss of green fluorescence; bacterial plaque fluoresces red via porphyrin emission. Both signatures are invisible under white light alone.

Demineralised enamel loses its natural green fluorescence under 405nm blue light, appearing as a dark zone against the bright healthy surface. Early-stage carious lesions not visible under white light are identified, enabling intervention before cavitation occurs.
