Tenting screws are used to preserve regenerative space during GBR procedures to prevent resorption of grafting material. The wide heads of the tenting screws make them perfect for
creating a barrier to protect against graft resorption. Only the bottom section of the screw is threaded,making them easier to remove once the graft is healed.
